Because our pieces are crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Returns & Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
 It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
 It must be in its original packaging with all luxury tags, labels, and certificates (if applicable) fully intact.
 You must provide a valid proof of purchase or order number.
Note: Items that show signs of wear, alterations, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return and will be sent back at the customer's expense. -
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items cannot be returned or refunded:
 Gift cards.
 Customized, personalized, or custom-printed items (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
 Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
3. How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
 Return Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received or manufacturing defect), the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
We take great pride in our quality control. However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
Please include:
1 Your order number.
2 A brief description of the issue.
3 High-quality photos showing the defect or the incorrect item.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out immediately or issue a full refund, covering all associated shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you can contact our support team to see if a direct exchange is available for your specific region and item size.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
 Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 7 to 10 business days.
 Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
