Below you will find the details of our shipping procedures, timeframes, and policies.1. Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding standard bank holidays).
 Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
 Dispatch Notification: When your package leaves our fulfillment center, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your journey.
Note: During peak seasonal releases or high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every package meets our luxury standards.


2. Shipping Methods, Estimated Delivery Times & Rates
We proudly ship internationally to bring our collections to a global audience. Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery destination.

3. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Shakh Collection ships its pieces globally from optimized international fulfillment hubs.
 Duties & Taxes: For international orders outside of our primary hub, your package may be subject to local import duties, customs fees, and VAT imposed by your country’s customs authority.
 Responsibility: These additional charges are determined entirely by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer. The Shakh Collection does not collect or control these fees, and they are not included in our shipping rates. 


4. Order Tracking
Every single order dispatched includes complimentary end-to-end tracking. Your tracking link will become active within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. You can track your package directly through our website via our tracking portal or through the carrier's official platform using the provided code.


5. Address Accuracy & Modifications
Please double-check your delivery address during checkout. We prioritize fast dispatch, meaning our system processes orders almost immediately.
 If you notice an error in your address, please contact our concierge team at [Insert Support Email] immediately.
 We can only update or correct your shipping address before the order enters the fulfillment and packaging phase. Once an item is dispatched, we cannot redirect or recall the package, and we are not liable for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
While we partner only with reliable global couriers, unexpected transit issues can occasionally occur.
 Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and items immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
 Missing Packages: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal branch first. If it remains missing, contact our support team within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can open a formal investigation with the carrier.
